Order Processing and Shipping

Processing time: After you place your order, we will process it within 1 to 2 working days. Orders on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping time: After processing, we will send your order within 2 to 3 working days. This makes sure you get your products quickly.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options for customers in Europe:

• Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): For many European countries, we pay all import taxes and fees. You do not have to worry about extra costs on delivery. These countries are:
  Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Greece.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 working days after shipping.

• Standard Shipping: For other European countries, we offer standard shipping. Delivery times may vary, usually 10 to 20 working days. Contact us for more information about shipping and costs for these countries.

Shipping Costs

For wholesale and large orders, we have low shipping prices. Shipping costs depend on your order size and country. We try to give the lowest shipping costs, sometimes free for big orders. Contact our customer service for more info.

Track Your Order

When your order is shipped, you get an email with a tracking number. You can follow your delivery on 17track.net. It may take 1 to 2 working days before tracking info shows.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

If you live outside the EU, we can still ship to you. Contact our customer service to talk about options. Shipping costs and delivery times may be different by country.

Change or Cancel Order

You can change shipping details or cancel your order before it is shipped. After shipping, we cannot change or cancel orders. Contact customer service quickly if you need help.

Lost, Damaged, or Late Orders

• Lost Orders: If your package does not arrive, contact us right away. We will find out what happened and send a new package or give a refund if needed.
• Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged, take photos of the box and products. Contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund you.
• Delays: Sometimes delivery is delayed by customs or carriers. Watch your order and contact us if there are problems.

Shipping Restrictions

Because of rules in some countries, we cannot send disposable vapes everywhere. Check your country’s import rules before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or refusals by customs.
