Refund Policy

Shop easily with vaportide whether you order a few items or large quantities. We have clear, fair refund rules to sort out issues quickly all over Europe. Take a moment to read our refund policy.

Canceling an order and right to a refund

If you no longer need your order, just tell us within 24 hours. We will give you a full refund if we haven’t started packing or shipping. If your order is already being prepared or sent out, different policies will apply.

Requesting a refund after 24 hours

If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is likely being packed or delivered. You can still apply for a refund only in special situations:

  • We can refund up to half the payment if the package hasn’t been sent yet, since we’ve spent costs already.
  • We cannot offer any refund once the order is on its way.

Refund after shipment

If you have received a tracking number for your order, we cannot offer a refund. The package cannot be stopped or sent back. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or broken products

All our products are from trusted brands. If your item arrives broken: Let us know within 7 days, and send us photos if we ask. We will send you a new item or give your money back.

Customs and insurance

All orders shipped around Europe are insured. If customs hold your package for too long and won’t release it, you’ll get your money back. We’ll try to help with customs problems, but we can’t speed up customs delays.

Wrong address information

Make sure your address is correct before ordering. If the package comes back to us because of a wrong address, you need to pay for delivery again.

Refunds for wholesale and large orders

We have different rules if you place big or wholesale orders: We don’t offer refunds once these orders are sent out. If goods are faulty or wrong, we will check your issue and may refund part of your money or swap items. We always check large orders carefully before sending them.

How to request a refund?

Here is how to apply for a refund: Send us an email or message via our website within the required time. Tell us your order number and what went wrong. We will check your request and get back to you in 3 to 5 working days.
