Canceling an order and right to a refund
We understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you want to stop your order, please let us know within 24 hours. If we have not yet prepared or shipped your order, you will get all your money back. If we are already working on your order or it has already been sent, other rules apply.
Requesting a refund after 24 hours
After 24 hours, your order is usually already being processed or on the way. Still, you can sometimes ask for a refund. This is only possible in special cases:
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can sometimes give back up to half your money because costs have already been made.
If the order has already been sent, we cannot give money back.
Refund after shipment
If your order has been sent and you have a tracking number, no refund is possible. We cannot stop or take back the shipment anymore. Therefore, look carefully at your order before you confirm it.
Damaged or broken products
At Vaportide, we only sell products from good brands like Al Fakher, Vapme, and Elf Box. But sometimes something can be broken. Then we do the following:
You must report the product is broken within 7 days.
We may ask for a photo of the broken product.
Then you get a new product or your money back.
Customs and insurance
We ensure all orders within Europe are insured during transport. If your order is held at customs and not released after a long time, you get your money back. We help you with customs issues, but delays caused by customs we cannot fix.
Wrong address information
You must fill in the correct address when you order. If the order returns to us because the address was wrong, you pay extra costs to have it sent again.
Refunds for wholesale and large orders
If you buy many products at once or through our wholesale service, different rules apply:
Large orders are usually not refundable once sent.
If there is a problem with quality or wrong products were sent, we look at your complaint and sometimes give a partial refund or exchange.
