Order Processing and Shipping

We take 1 to 2 working days to prepare your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dealt with the next workday. After preparation, we will send out your items within 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery methods for Europe:

With DDP service, we pay all import taxes. You won’t pay extra on arrival. This applies to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland and Greece. Delivery takes 7–14 working days.

For other European countries, we use standard shipping, which takes 10–20 working days. Message us to check shipping costs and more details.

Shipping Costs

We set low shipping fees for wholesale and big orders. The price depends on how many items you order and your country. Very large orders may even ship for free. Get in touch with us to learn more.

Track Your Order

We will email you the tracking number once your order is sent. Use 17track.net to check delivery status. It may take 1 or 2 working days for the tracking details to appear online.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

We can send orders to countries outside the EU too. Get in touch with us to check shipping choices, prices and delivery speed.

Change or Cancel Order

You can update your delivery address or cancel the order before it is sent out. We cannot make any changes after shipping. Feel free to contact us right away if you need help.

Lost, Damaged, or Late Orders

If your package goes missing, tell us right away. We will check the situation and send new goods or give your money back.

If the package is broken, take pictures first and message us within 48 hours. We will help you get a replacement or refund.

Sometimes customs or delivery companies cause delays. Keep an eye on your order and contact us if anything is wrong.

Shipping Restrictions

Some countries do not allow disposable vapes to be imported. Please check local rules before ordering. We cannot help with issues caused by customs delays or rejected packages.
